Protecting your privacy

This privacy policy defines and informs you of the way in which PiNGs uses and protects the information that you transmit to us, where applicable, when you use this site accessible from the following URL: www.team-vaillante.store ( hereinafter the “Site” ).

When you visit our site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your browser, IP address, time zone and certain cookies on your device. In addition, we collect information when you are on the Site such as pages visited, products viewed and keywords used. We call this information “ Information Device ”.

        Purposes of processing

        PiNGs may process your Personal Information:

        • For the purposes of providing you with the information or services that you have requested to receive ( ordering a product for sale on our Site or sending our newsletter following registration on your part ); and or
        • For the purposes of collecting information allowing us to improve our Site, our products and services ( in particular through cookies ); and or
        • For the purpose of being able to contact you about various events relating to PiNGs, including in particular product updates and customer support.

        Use of data

          PiNGs informs you that it will be entitled, where applicable, to oppose manifestly abusive requests ( due to their number, repetitive or systematic nature ).           Right to rectification of data

          Under this right, the legislation authorizes you to request the rectification, updating, blocking or even erasure of data concerning you which may prove to be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete or obsolete.           Reply duration

          PiNGs undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time which cannot exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.

          If you consider that PiNGs is not respecting its obligations with regard to your Personal Information, you can send a complaint or a request to the competent authority.
