1 - Scope

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms of Service”). 4 - Price

The prices indicated on this site are inclusive of all taxes, excluding postage and packaging costs, postage costs being extra, payable by the Customer. If shipping costs are included, a note indicates this specificity in the description of the price or product.

In the mention " Shipping costs " used on the order form, or on the invoice it is understood: " Shipping costs + packaging costs (material and labor) ", which is fixed depending on the amount of the order completed.

Any import duties, taxes and international shipping charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional charges will be before ordering.

5 - Payment

Payment for purchases is made either by bank cards ( Visa or Eurocard - Mastercard only ), or by Paypal, or by one of the cryptocurrencies available when confirming the order. When making a payment, the Seller will only make delivery after confirmation of payment.

6 - Termination clause

In the case of a purchase by a company or an administration and in the event of non-payment, the sale will be canceled automatically and may give rise to the right to the allocation of damages and interest for the benefit of the Seller. The amount of these damages is established at the amount of the canceled sale.

7 - Products

The colors and images of the products shown on the store represent the colors of the physical products as accurately as possible. However, it is not possible to guarantee the accuracy of color display on the Customer's computer screen.

Seller reserves the right, but is not obligated, to limit the sale of the products or Services to any given person, geographic region or jurisdiction. The Seller authorizes itself to exercise this right on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to limit the quantities of the products or services offered. The Seller does not guarantee that the quality of the products, services, information or other materials purchased by the Customer will meet its expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

8 - Returns & Exchanges

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal which can be exercised within fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code. This means that the consumer can change their mind about purchasing an item after purchasing it, within 14 days of purchase, and return it to the company they purchased it from.

However, in the context of purchases of products incorporating digital collectibles, such as the Art Strips Team Vaillante collections, which involve instant execution, the User acknowledges that he is informed that his right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in accordance with in article L.221-28 paragraph 13 of the Consumer Code, the provisions of which are set out below and which he declares to have expressly read.

9 - Deadlines & Transport

As each product is made to order, the manufacturing time is 2 to 3 weeks. The delivery time is then indicated during your purchase and depends on the carrier selected.

We strongly advise the customer to check at the time of delivery and before signing the delivery slip for any damage suffered during transport and compliance with the order. In this case the customer has the right to refuse delivery and to note his express reservations on the delivery note. If damage strictly linked to transport is noticed after the departure of the carrier, we invite the customer to report it to the latter.

In the event of a problem during delivery (damaged product, missing product, etc.), please keep everything you received ( envelope, summary, invoice, etc. ) in order to show us photos so that we can assist you. Failure to provide the required information will complicate any claim by you.

If the Customer makes an error in the destination address and a return mail is made by the carrier, the reshipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The name of the recipient must appear on the mailbox at the address indicated.

In the event of return of mail for " unclaimed package " reason, the package/mail will only be reshipped after receipt of the reshipping costs which must be borne by the Customer.

The delivery times indicated when ordering are strictly for information purposes and PiNGs cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with deadlines announced by third parties ( carriers, La Poste, or any other subcontractor or supplier ).

10 - Force majeure

The Seller's liability cannot be implemented if the non-execution or delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. The latter is characterized by three criteria: exteriority in relation to the author, irresistibility and unpredictability.

11 - Competent court and mediation

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law.

For professional customers in the absence of an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Paris - France. For customers/consumers who are natural persons, the rules laid down by the code of civil procedure will be applied.

For consumer customers in the absence of an amicable resolution, the customer may resort to conventional mediation. This recourse is free, confidential and optional in accordance with articles L 612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code. 13 – Personal data

The personal data requested from the Customer are necessary to process their order and prepare invoices. The Customer has, by writing to the address appearing at the top of this document, the right to modify, rectify, withdraw and oppose information concerning him, in accordance with the CNIL provisions.

When the customer transfers personal data to PiNGs, he accepts that PiNGs communicates them to its logistics partners ( national or international ) in order to carry out the contract. Under no circumstances will PiNGs transfer its data for commercial purposes.

14 - Miscellaneous

In the event that any of the clauses herein is declared contrary to the law or in any other way unenforceable, this clause will be modified or deleted without resulting in the nullity of all of these general conditions of sale.
